Masterpiece offers a special service to our builder partners, when they are closing a model home, and don’t want to deal with liquidating the furnishings.

Our professional team takes care of the entire process …from start to finish, and our clients end up with something extra added to their bottom line.

This unique service division is called “Saturday Models”. Saturday models will either sell the complete furnishings inventory on consignment, during our popular Warehouse Sales Events, or, simply Buy It Outright.

For the Buyer

Model home furnishings, including Sofas, Tables, Accent Furniture, Artwork, Lighting, Greenery, Rugs, and other exceptional designer items become available, to the public, at incredibly low prices. Most items are priced at, or below, wholesale!

The inventory is ever-changing, and often features items only available “To-The-Design-Trade”. This is a unique opportunity to purchase designer-selected furnishings at Liquidation-Sale Prices.
